Guildford is one of the most central and safe neighborhoods in the city of Surrey. With a lot of beautiful parks (Green Timbers Park, Holly Park, Riverside Park, Guildford Heights Park are just a few), this area is fast growing, and is being further developed into a very robust community. Guildford rental homes tend to be very spacious.
Main intersection that marks this neighborhood is 152nd Street and 104th Avenue. This is also the location of the Guildford Mall, surrounded by many small retail shops, public library, fitness centers, banks, beauty salons, outdoor pools, cinema, and food stores.
