We provide no warranties on any articles, forms, offers or other information contained on this site. Information provided is for informational purposes only and is based on the author’s experience or the experience of other contributors to this site. We furthermore reserve the right to modify in our sole discretion this agreement and/or this web site without providing prior notification. You are responsible for reviewing an updated form of this agreement.

Our company does not review, screen, censor or otherwise attempt to interpret listings posted to this site. We are also not involved in any communications between the owners, managers and potential tenants and have no control over the accuracy of listing or quality, safety, legality of properties listed on this site. We do not inspect any properties and offer no warranties on their condition. Under no condition shall RentSquareVancouver.com be held liable by anyone due to the use or misuse of information contained on this site.
Indemnity and Release
By using this site, you agree to indemnify RentSquareVancouver.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, agents, suppliers, employees and guests, and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use or misuse of this site. By using this site, you agree to release RentSquareVancouver.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, agents, suppliers, employees and guests from any and all claims, demands, debts, obligations, damages, costs and expenses of any kind related to use of material contained or obtained via this site.
Payment and Cancellations
Once your listing has been posted, service has been considered rendered. Any cancellation or removal of a listing on this site does not entitle the account holder to any refund or reimbursement. Any requests for refund must be made in writing and submitted to RentSquare Vancouver via email within 14 days of the original listing date to be considered. You must provide a sound reason and definitive proof as to why a refund or reimbursement should be aproved. It is up to the sole discretion of RentSquare Vancouver to decide if any reimbursement shall be made.

For all users convenience, we may provide links to other sites including affiliates, partners, or other sites containing useful information. We cannot guarantee or otherwise be held responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, quality, or security of any information or content contained on these sites. RentSquareVancouver.com and its affiliates are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of any web sites to which may be linked to this site.
